personal injury claims

Claim back your cash!

If you have had a loan, credit card or mortgage in the last six years, you could be one of millions in the UK who are paying for a mis-sold payment protection insurance policy

Easy2Claim can help you get that cash back. We do all the work on your behalf to recover the full amount you have paid for the policy, plus interest charged by your lender and interest you could have earned on top!

What is Payment Protection Insurance?

PPI is an insurance policy which is intended to provide cover if you are unable to repay your loan as a result of sickness, injury, losing your job or death

Unfortunately a large number of these policies won't actually pay out when you need them and so have been mis-sold. Some of the reasons for this are:

  • The policy doesn't cover existing long term injuries or sickness
  • The policy doesn't cover the full term of the loan
  • The policy doesn't cover your employment type (self employed or contracting)

Even if the PPI was valid, it may still have been mis sold if:

  • The policy was sold on the basis that it was compulsory when it was actually optional
  • You weren't shown the full details of the policy
  • You weren't told you even had a policy!

Can I claim?

If you think you've been mis-sold PPI on your loan, credit card or mortgage, you may have a legal right to reclaim that money, plus interest.

Many people aren't aware that the PPI cover has been mis-sold to them, or even that they've been paying for it in the first place! Easy2Claim can recover money from mis-sold PPI on any loan, credit card or mortgage which has been taken out or paid for over the last six years so even if it has been completely paid off it is still possible you have a claim.
